What areas of Columbus do you provide service?

Our services areas are expanding all across Central Columbus, which allows for flexibility in catering to busy or fluctuating schedules, last-minute requests, and anything else that comes up when caring for your companion. These areas include: Blacklick. Pataskala, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Gahanna, New Albany, Westerville, Hillard, Dublin, Granville, Whitehall, Grandview, Bexley and Upper Arlington.. Please contact us if you have questions or don't see your location listed.

 

Do you only provide care for dogs?

We provide our services for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and many other animals. Don't see your best friend listed? Send us an email and we'll let you know if we can care for your pet!

 

Can you provide me with references?

Yes, we have a robust client list and can provide as many references as needed.

 

Do you offer all day play?

Yes, we are also have a daycare facility for those pups that need to burn off a little more energy.

What is a Meet & Greet?

We will meet you at your house for about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many pets you have and go over the level of detail for their care or walking needs. This is time where we will get acquainted with you & your pet. Together we will design a Pet Care Plan to meet your pets needs. We will become familiar with the location of various items needed while caring for your pet(s) (ie. Leash, trash cans, medicine). We will also have you review & sign required documents (ie. Application, Medical Release, Policies & Procedures and Owner's Agreement).

 

Is there a discount for walking multiple dogs or pet sitting multiple pets in the same family?

We do not charge extra for walking multiple dogs or pet sitting multiple pets in the same family. 

 

Where are the dogs walked?
All dogs are taken from your home and walked through the neighborhood or to a nearby park. Dogs will never be transported in a vehicle except in the case of an emergency or if requested through our pet taxi service.

 

Are dogs ever let off leash?
Dogs are never let off leash while in our care. 

Can I have other friends or family member pets stay in my home while in your care?
The answer is yes. However, there is an additional 50% up charge for each visit.. We will also need to set up a meet & greet and the owner(s) will need to fill out the paperwork prior to the first visit.

How are payments made?
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card which are paid either prior or after completion of service. We reserve the right to discontinue service if payments are not made as scheduled. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

 

How are emergency situations handled?
If your dog, cat or beloved pet needs immediate medical attention, we will transport them to your vet on file.

 

How much notice of cancellation is needed?
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of scheduled visit in order to be credited for the daily walk or the pet visit fee. Failure to meet these conditions will result in a 100% charge. 

 

Can I schedule the same day?  Visits or walks scheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a one time $10 convenience charge in addition to your dog walking or pet sitting visit price. Last minute requests maybe scheduled, but are not always guaranteed.

What happens if my pet runs out of food or supplies while I am on vacation or out of town? Not to worry. We can pick up whatever your sweet baby needs at the store for a $10 delivery charge and the cost of the product(s).
